A space to show up as yourself — without judgment or pressure.
Therapy works best when it doesn't feel like a performance. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest about what's actually going on — without needing to have it all figured out first.
I work primarily from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework, drawing on mindfulness-based, existential, and humanistic approaches depending on what fits you. I hold advanced certifications in ACT for Anxiety & Depression, ACT for ADHD, and ACT for Autism, and I completed my Master of Clinical Social Work at Boston University.
I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to walk alongside you as you build the flexibility and clarity to become the person you want to be — grounded in curiosity, humility, and a genuine effort to meet you where you are.
My Approach
Practical, individualized, and grounded in ACT.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy isn't about eliminating hard thoughts and feelings — it's about changing your relationship to them, so they stop running the show. In practice, that looks like:

Understand the pattern
We start by getting curious about the thoughts, beliefs, and coping strategies that may no longer be serving you — without judgment.
Build flexibility
Rather than fighting difficult emotions, we work on responding to them in ways that keep you moving toward what matters.
Move toward your values
Every session is grounded in what you actually want your life to look like — not a generic template of "better."
Support for the things that are actually weighing on you.
Anxiety & overwhelm
Practical tools for the racing thoughts, avoidance, and physical tension that come with chronic worry — without asking you to just "stop worrying."
Neurodivergence
Affirming, informed support for ADHD and autistic adults — working with how your brain actually works, not against it.
Life transitions & identity
Career shifts, relationship changes, or the quieter work of figuring out who you are and what you actually want
Relationships & connection
Working through relationship patterns, communication struggles, and peer or family dynamics that feel stuck.
Depression & burnout
Rebuilding energy, motivation, and a sense of direction when everything has started to feel heavy or flat
Life coaching & direction
Structured, values-based support for people who aren't in crisis but want more clarity, focus, or momentum.
